"The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others." -- Mahatma Gandhi

Every month we focus on a different character trait, learning why it is important and how we can show that character trait in our lives. In November we are focusing on compassion and service.
Compassion is car or concern for others who are in pain or who are suffering. Service is when we do acts to help others in need.
Compassion looks like:
-- Giving someone a compliment.
-- Helping someone do something.
-- Sharing items.
-- Giving gifts.
-- Raising money for a charity.
-- Giving your time to help others.

November's Tiger Pride Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, November 26th, in the RES auditorium. A student from each classroom, chosen for their compassionate or service-oriented attitude, will be celebrated at the Tiger Pride Ceremony.
